Acupuncture
Acupuncture points are gateways into a matrix of energetic channels that make up electro-magnetic fields covering and permeating the entire body.
The stimulation of an acupoint is triggered when a disposable, sterile needle is inserted. Information is then transmitted to the brain where it prompts the body to release hormones and chemicals that reduce pain, regulate the endocrine system, and calm the nervous system. The endorphins (neuro-chemicals) relieves pain by increasing the flow of blood and oxygen to the affected areas.
Eileen Zegar uses pain free Japanese style Acupuncture, supported by manual manipulation and Acupressure. Herbal Treatments and nutritional guidance are also used to create wellness in your life. If you have a fear of needles, these additional techniques can provide effective treatment.
“When Chinese medicine is used in conjunction with allopathic care it provides an inexpensive, safe, evidence-based and non-invasive form of treatment.”
