Acupressure

ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE is a traditional Chinese massage technique employing hand pressure to specific points on the body. This process deeply relaxes muscles and promotes healthy blood circulation restoring balance in the body. At Creative Wellbeing, we use Japanese, “Jin Shin” style acupressure. There is minimal pressure applied to the body in this system.

Acupressure can reduce stress by calming your spirit. It can improve your physical well being, strengthen the immune system and cultivate blood, promote longevity and reduce fatigue. Gentle Acupressure message can assist in managing headaches, and digestive disorders. Deeper Acupressure massage is much like Shiatsu massage, working out muscle strains, aches and pains with a more therapeutic foundation.

AN ALTERNATIVE TO NEEDLES.   If you are scared of needles or severely immune compromised, Acupressure massage is an effective alternative to Acupuncture.

TRADITIONAL MASSAGE As a fully trained message therapist, Eileen works out many of the muscular problems that create knots and spasms in the body.  In these situations, the needles are used for the “heavy lifting,” followed by cupping and massage.  The goal is to lengthen the muscles allowing them to fall back into place especially around the areas where they attach to the bones.
